Through the lens of a business woman.

Jass Bianchi is an entrepreneur at heart, Award Winning Rapper, CEO of Color In Sound, LLC, Influencer, Entrepreneur, and Advocate. 

All her life embodies passion , hard work, and dedication. With dedication, she has earned her name in the industries  of music, business, nonprofits and advocacy for mental health and human rights.  

Living in  Sandy Hook, Connecticut, and Yonkers, New York provided Jass with a dichotic experience lending itself to a unique perspective on business, music, and nonprofit advocacy work.

 

In the beginning of her career, she  interned at Koch Records in New York City, there as an intern, she worked on social media management, fan generation, and advertising for internationally renowned companies such as Nora Jones, The Wiggles, Snoop Dogg, Wu-Tang, and Dipset. At this time, she also became the General Manager of WMSV Radio, her collegiate radio station.

In 2009, Bianchi earned a marketing director position with Dick Clark’s United Stations Radio Networks, where she developed the marketing for multimillion-dollar accounts for the radio shows of Alice Cooper, Mark McGrath, Tone Loc, and Donny Osmond. 

Later in 2015. She was offered a job as the Music Marketing Consultant for the Boston Saengerfest Men’s Chorus, a 50-plus member male chorus to assist in marketing their Royal Albert Hall UK performance. Consequently, she founded her media marketing agency, Color in Sound. 

To date, Jass Bianchi’s agency, Color in Sound, has booked music for over one thousand events to date and has consulted and educated over one hundred independent musicians of various ages and genres, ranging from local independent musicians to Grammy-winning clientele. Bianchi has served as a music professional for a variety of festivals, events, performances, competitions, and panels, and she has spoken at college regarding the music business.


Her passion and motivation for music made her develop a business through music marketing which is one unique thing to represent her true self. It was her passion that she struggled to make her name in the business by joining different projects., Bianchi worked alongside the Boston Private Industry Council on developing “The Lost Tapes,” a music project designed to boost job acquisition among Boston’s at-risk youth. One of the best traits of her personality is that whenever she lends herself to a project, she imparts authenticity and authority with her resonant tone and professional demeanor.

She is proud to support the work of Massachusetts Association for Mental Health (MAMH) and has an image of robust collaboration by providing MAMH with extensive help, from creating graphics packages and optimizing communication systems to giving marketing consulting for their Friend and Leader Gala. Through this partnership,Jass has created an impact on mental health advocacy across the state! Additionally, Through collaborating campaigns such as Just Ask & RSP voting along Youth Mental Health Advocacy are also developed which aim at increasing awareness about issues people face regarding psychological wellbeing – all part of the mission towards a better future community!

Jass has proudly teamed up with Network of Care to actively spread awareness about their purpose and grow support for their mission. Working tirelessly, Jass created a visually engaging graphics package as well as helpful online and print marketing campaigns. To further help people understand the site’s usage, she even provided them with instructional videos.
